Ian spent almost ten years at some of Manchester’s most prominent media agencies before moving into sales, eventually founding Regital in 2011. He is a passionate evangelist about modern opportunities in display advertising, regardless of client scale.

Cian joined Regital in 2012 as Sales Manager, following a career in marketing and procurement in the property and construction sector. Having worked in client led marketing, Cian is able to provide an extensive knowledge of KPI’s as well as strategy development and contingency planning.

Paul started his online media career in 2008 after graduating from the University of London and brings diverse agency and client knowledge to the company. He’s managed and launched campaigns for brands such as Google, as well as becoming Marketing Manager for a professional service provider.

Starting his media career in London agency side, Stephen has experience planning and buying campaigns for some of the UK’s biggest advertisement spenders such as Proctor & Gamble and Sainsbury’s. She has previously completed a placement year in London working in a communications team implementing social media strategy. Dan began his career in online display advertising in 2011. He’s worked across a variety of roles, from campaign analyst & trader, to account manager & agency sales rep. Key responsibilities have involved overseeing campaign implementation & structure, optimisation & buying strategies. This experience means he’s built a well-rounded understanding of the digital media industry.

After graduating with a Marketing Management degree, Steve worked at MediaCom for 5 years specialising in buying across Press, Radio, Outdoor and Cinema. He moved into Planning, working on all client communications on all platforms. Working in an investment role, he handled a wide range of clients such as MoneySupermarket, Mitchells & Butler and International Motors. Steve brings a great depth of advertising knowledge to his role as Planning Manager.

James graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in Mathematics. He joined Media iQ as a Trader in December 2015. The technical skills learned during his degree combined with previous experience in the e-commerce environment, allow him to manage campaigns efficiently, providing performance and meaningful insight for clients.
